Designed for creators, leaders, and storytellers, the studio is fully outfitted with state-of-the-art video and audio production for podcasts and recorded conversations of up to four participants.
Whether you’re launching a show, hosting meaningful dialogue, or capturing ideas that matter, Union Studio provides a professional environment built for clarity, quality, and impact.

Upper Room Conference
Where Decisions Get Made.
The Upper Room is a private, reservation-based conference room designed for meaningful conversation and productive collaboration. Ideal for leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and high-level discussions, the space comfortably seats up to twelve around a dedicated conference table.
Equipped with virtual meeting capabilities, The Upper Room allows members to connect seamlessly with remote teams, clients, and partners — without sacrificing presence or professionalism.

Union Garden on Elm
Tucked away in an enclave between Costa Union Club, you’ll find the Union Gardens situated on Elm Street, in the heart of Niceville.
Union Garden is used to host curated events for members, and is available to book for events of up to 70 people. With a large LED display, movies and football games create the perfect backdrop.
Amare Room
Some Conversations Require a Different Kind of Space.
Named in the spirit of connection and care, The Amare Room is a small, private sanctuary reserved for the conversations that deserve full attention. Quiet, intimate, and completely removed from the energy of the main floor — it’s the space members turn to when the moment calls for something more personal.
Seating up to three, it’s perfectly suited for one-on-one meetings, counseling and coaching sessions, and small gatherings where presence matters more than production.
