Union Studios
Create. Record. Be Heard. Located in the Upper Room, Union Studio is a members-only production space available by reservation. Designed for creators, leaders, and storytellers, the studio is fully outfitted with state-of-the-art video and audio production for podcasts and recorded conversations of up to four participants.
Upper Room Conference
The Upper Room is a private, reservation-based conference room designed for meaningful conversation and productive collaboration. Ideal for leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and high-level discussions, the space comfortably seats up to twelve around a dedicated conference table.
Founder's Room
Accessible only through a concealed passageway, Founder’s Club Room is one of the most exclusive and intimate spaces within Costa Union Club. Designed for moments that require privacy, trust, and presence, the Den offers a refined setting away from the main flow of the Club.
Union Garden On Elm
Tucked away in an enclave between Costa Union Club, you’ll find the Union Gardens situated on Elm Street, in the heart of Niceville. Union Garden is used to host curated events for members, and is available to book for events of up to 70 people. With a large LED display, movies and football games create the perfect backdrop.
Amare Room
Accessible only through a concealed passageway, Founder’s Club Room is one of the most exclusive and intimate spaces within Costa Union Club. Designed for moments that require privacy, trust, and presence, the Den offers a refined setting away from the main flow of the Club.

Do I have to be a member to host a private event?
Membership is not required to host a private event in Union Garden on Elm. Non-members may reserve the Garden based on availability.
Members receive preferred dates, priority booking, and preferred rates, along with access to additional indoor spaces not available for public rental.
Is Costa Union Club Open to the public?
Parts of Costa Union Club are intentionally open to the public.
Our coffee shop and lounge are open to the public and welcome guests to enjoy great coffee and conversation. Union Garden on Elm is also open to the public.
Access to member-only spaces, private rooms, and programming is reserved for members.
What ages can access the union club?
The Club itself is restricted to members and guests ages 18 and over.
Our coffee shop and Union Garden are family-friendly and welcome children and families to enjoy the space.
What if costa union club isn't the right fit?
That’s okay. Costa Union Club is intentionally designed for a specific kind of member. If alignment isn’t there, we’d rather know early than compromise the experience.
