The Upper Room is a private, reservation-based conference room designed for meaningful conversation and productive collaboration. Ideal for leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and high-level discussions, the space comfortably seats up to eight around a dedicated conference table.

Equipped with virtual meeting capabilities, The Upper Room allows members to connect seamlessly with remote teams, clients, and partners — without sacrificing presence or professionalism.

Accessible only through a concealed passageway, David’s Den is one of the most exclusive and intimate spaces within Costa Union Club. Designed for moments that require privacy, trust, and presence, the Den offers a refined setting away from the main flow of the Club.

This space is intentionally curated for smaller gatherings where conversation goes deeper and time feels unhurried.

David’s Den features:

• Hidden access through a private passageway, ensuring discretion and exclusivity
• Private bar for hosted gatherings, tastings, or informal connection
• Flexible seating suited for Bible studies, private meetings, and small-group conversation
• Curated environment for beverage or food tastings and intentional experiences
• Comfortable viewing setup for watching the game or shared moments
• Private restroom located within the Den for uninterrupted use

David’s Den is reserved for select members and approved gatherings, reinforcing its role as a space for trust, leadership, and meaningful connection.

Member Perks & Local Partnerships

Costa Union Club partners with a curated group of trusted local businesses to extend the membership experience beyond our walls. These partnerships are designed to support well-being, great food, and a more connected lifestyle — without noise or gimmicks.

Member perks span areas including wellness, food & beverage, lifestyle, and experiences, offering exclusive benefits available only to Costa Union Club members.

Membership grants access to Costa Union Club spaces, programming, and community based on the level selected. Members manage reservations, events, credits, and access through the Costa Union Club app.

Founding Memberships will be released for purchase on March 2. These memberships are limited and available only during the initial launch period.

The Founding Member Inner Circle is an invite-only, application-based level within the Founding Membership. Inner Circle members participate in a curated mastermind experience and receive elevated access, private gatherings, and strategic engagement throughout the year.

Inner Circle members who fully participate in the year-long mastermind experience are guaranteed meaningful personal and professional growth. The guarantee is based on active engagement, accountability, and participation in monthly intentions and group sessions.

This is a commitment-driven experience, not passive membership.

Members can reserve rooms, studios, and select spaces through the Costa Union Club app. Availability and access are based on membership level and space guidelines.

Members have access to thoughtfully designed spaces including work areas, gathering rooms, Union Studio (podcast room), The Upper Room conference room, and select private spaces such as David’s Den, depending on membership level and approval.

David’s Den is a private, limited-access space reserved for select members and approved gatherings. Access is granted based on membership level and purpose of use.

Yes. Select membership levels include after-hours building access, managed securely through the Costa Union Club app.

Members receive access to a curated calendar of events, gatherings, and networking opportunities. Some events may require advance registration or credits, depending on the experience.

Members receive access to exclusive perks with select local partners in wellness, food, lifestyle, and experiences. Partner offerings are curated and updated regularly through the members app.

Guest access varies by membership level and event. Guidelines for guests are outlined within the members app.

Some membership levels, including the Founding Member Inner Circle, require an application and approval. This helps protect the culture and experience of the Club.

Events will be scheduled within our Member App in the future, but if you have an event request for Summer 2026 and would like to lock in a date, please fill out our request form here.

Membership is not required to host a private event in Union Garden on Elm. Non-members may reserve the Garden based on availability.

Members receive preferred dates, priority booking, and preferred rates, along with access to additional indoor spaces not available for public rental.

Parts of Costa Union Club are intentionally open to the public.

Our coffee shop and lounge are open to the public and welcome guests to enjoy great coffee and conversation. Union Garden on Elm is also open to the public.

Access to member-only spaces, private rooms, and programming is reserved for members.

The Club itself is restricted to members and guests ages 18 and over.

Our coffee shop and Union Garden are family-friendly and welcome children and families to enjoy the space.

When will the Club Open?

We plan to open in early May 2026.

That’s okay. Costa Union Club is intentionally designed for a specific kind of member. If alignment isn’t there, we’d rather know early than compromise the experience.
